This is a role in a structured team, and you’ll be supported by a manager.
• You will be the contact person for the Luxembourg tax authorities
• You’ll assist with the preparation of Luxembourg periodic and annual VAT returns, calculation of VAT provisions and the review of VAT letters
• You’ll develop strong relationships with your clients of international group entities regarding their VAT queries, and also work on occasional projects
• You’ll coordinate between clients and other service providers
• You’ll help to coach more junior members for the tax team
• You will also assist with internal and external trainings
Candidate Requirements
In order to be considered for this role:
• You will have prior experience preparing VAT returns, probably with at least 3 years’ experience in Luxembourg, utilizing your accounting / finance related degree.
• You’ll be fluent in English.
• You’ll have excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to create positive working relationships.
• You’ll have a strong attention to detail, being able to work accurately and to deadline, with a desire to reach and maintain high standards
