Our client is looking for a Tax Manager to join their team to support the Senior Tax Manager on all tax compliance related matters and support a large client portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparation of Luxembourg corporate tax returns, the calculation of tax provisions and the review of tax assessments
• Support and coach junior staff members
• Handle queries from Luxembourg tax authorities and all Income tax related queries
• Involvement in direct Tax matters: CIT returns, WHT returns, tax assessments, tax provisions
• Ensure filing deadlines related to Luxembourg taxation for clients' companies are adhered to.
• Maintain strong relationships between clients and other service providers
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of previous experience preparing and reviewing Income tax returns for Luxembourg Soparfi (Form 500 and Form 506) / Funds entities (Form 205) / WHT returns.
• Big 4 experience is an advantage
• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or similar
• Chamber of Commerce Cycle B Diploma
• Fluent in English and French
