Senior Depository Analyst

This role will suit someone with a solid understanding of depositary services, understanding cash monitoring, oversight and safe-keeping of assets within alternative funds.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Support client relationships for the depositary services offering, acting as a point of contact and supporting requests for information from internal and external stakeholders
• Undertaking depositary duties over a portfolio including responsibility for safekeeping, cash flow monitoring and oversight (e.g. reviewing transactions, documentation, etc.).
• Ensure relevant controls are in place and followed
• Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and that these are up to date; work with your manager in this regard
• 4 eyes review on depo matters
• Act as a higher authority on day to day matters
• Providing robust and detailed reporting to clients and internal stakeholders
Candidate Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience working in a depositary or control function (e.g. with depositary, control, fund accounting or fund admin or internal audit experience).
• ACCA or other professional qualification highly appreciated
• Good practical knowledge of working in depositary/control with alternative funds (private equity, real estate, private debt, infrastructure)
• Strong client management experience, acting as a point person in the organization
• Practical experience of coaching team members
• Interest in and knowledge of regulations that impact alternative funds and depositary services
• Fluent English is essential, good knowledge of other European languages a plus
