Senior Manager - RE Fund Legal Officer

This is a senior manager role, which requires prior management experience, in a supportive company that values your input into your team's work and values someone with a positive approach to management, who can create and nurture strong morale. You'll have strong AIF knowledge across real assets funds, great transaction and legal knowledge, and strong client facing skills.
You will be:
• The key point of contact for your portfolio of real assets/ alternative investment funds and associated corporate structures within the team
• Co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice
• You will build strong customer relationships with existing and new clients and other external parties, building great client service
• Oversee client board meetings and shareholders meetings
• Act as a “B” level authorised signatory on the client bank accounts
• Be in charge of your team’s profitability
• Supervise and assist in the training and development of staff
• Participate in the appraisal process for members of staff

To be considered for this role, you will already work in fund services in Luxembourg.
• You will have a strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate law and the relevant alternative investment fund regulations
• Probably possess around 6 - 10 years' alternative investment fund administration experience or similar, supported by a relevant professional qualification (ICSA Diploma level or equivalent would be a plus)
• Ideally you’ll have experience in coaching, supervising and supporting more junior team members
• Ideally you’ll have an understanding of typical structures set up in Luxembourg to support investment opportunities in European real estate and infrastructure
• You will ideally be familiar with eFront, Viewpoint and Yardi
