Managing Director - Fiduciary
Job Description
Our client, a well-established business, has a long-standing history in providing a tailored service to a large portfolio of international clients, is looking to recruit a Managing Director to lead their office.
As part of the Executive Management Team together with other business leaders, you will provide strategic direction to the business. You will have the opportunity to represent the business to clients and the industry in general. As a trusted partner, you will work closely with clients with the goal of ensuring the business provides a stellar service.

Responsibilities will include:
• Lead the Luxembourg office and be part of the Luxembourg Executive Committee
• Take ownership of the strategic direction of the business and drive the company’s development
• Lead and/or support new initiatives and projects relating to client experience and changes to services
• You will be responsible for ensuring the successful running of the Office
• Have budgetary responsibilities and own the P&L of the business
• Lead and drive projects
• Manage all HR matters across the company
• Support and foster collaboration amongst the office, providing leadership
Candidate Requirements
• Experience as an MD of a Fiduciary Company / Trust Company in Luxembourg is a must.
• Demonstrate company stability and commitment to employers in the mid-long term
• 12+ years’ experience working in a Trust & Corporate Services company or similar
• You will need an entrepreneurial spirit, be hands on and relish the challenge of growing a business
• Be ‘hands-on’ in your approach. In such a small company, there is the need to be active at all levels for the company
• Fluent business level English with good French language also required
