Job Description
A growing fintech organisation providing financial solutions to a wide range of alternative asset classes is seeking a Distribution and Investor Services Officer b to join the fund platform team based in London.
Pioneering the highest platforms of technology, they are a trusted partner to the world’s leading private banks and asset managers.
Role Description:
• Manage all on-boarding processes of distributors
• Act as point of contact for all clients, ensuring an outstanding quality of service
• Working to ensure the regulatory and compliance requirements of investor on-boarding are met
• Best in class customer service and managing all types of investor queries
• Implement and develop operating model for investor and distributor on-boarding
• Develop and implement a query management system
• Liaise with clients in regards to any platform quires or complaints, offering best service.
• Support Distributors underlying investor requirements and project manage with the broader team resolution actions
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
• Between 3-5 years of experience in fund distribution / legal / compliance / client on-boarding or transaction services in the asset management industry
• Transfer Agency experience is a plus
• You must a self-starter and a great communicator
