Fund Onboarding & Client Services Manager
Job Description
A growing fintech organisation providing financial solutions to a wide range of alternative asset classes is seeking a Fund On boarding & Client Services Manager to join the fund platform team based in London.
Pioneering the highest platforms of technology, they are a trusted partner to the world’s leading private banks and asset managers.
Role Description:
• Responsible for the on boarding and ongoing relationship of key GP and Distributors
• Act as the primary contact between the clients and fund service providers to address and solve complex issues
• Support the Fund Structuring team in the delivery of new funds, from product inception through to launch
• Manage the on boarding of distributors, including ensure completion of distribution agreements with support from the structuring team.
• Ensure that the fund operations team manage the financials of the fund (trailer fees, performance fees, NAV analysis)
• Review fund documents (subs docs, AML / KYC docs)
• Develop and maintain due diligence packs
• Support relationships with service providers
Candidate Requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• Background in relationship management with strong knowledge of alternative investment structures & fund structuring
• Working knowledge of Asset Management products and marketing
• Strong networking skills; with excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with decision-making ability
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in teams from diverse cultural backgrounds
