Our client is expanding its London presence into Luxembourg. You will be part of the initial personnel locally, working to independently manage a portfolio of entities. You will be responsible for creating corporate governance processes to work efficiently and effectively, in a hands on role.
In the role you will:
• Manage the day-to-day corporate and administrative matters for a portfolio of companies
• Assist with incorporation and all corporate / legal administrative matters throughout the lifecycle of the entity through to liquidation
• Independently and effectively handle matters related to board, committee and shareholder meetings (e.g. agendas, board packs, minutes, action-point follow up)
• Maintain accurate record keeping and maintain the statutory registers, handling statutory filings with the RCS, etc.
• Maintain regulatory awareness in your sector to ensure procedures are kept up to date
• Work with UK based colleagues to ensure alignment of global governance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality company secretarial services to the board and committee members
• Instill confidence in the Board, being the key support on governance issues
• Build and maintain strong working relations with third parties (counsel, notaries, etc.)
• Support new and ongoing projects and initiatives
• Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks where necessary
