AML Expert – English/Ukrainian/Russian

Our client provides best in class consultancy services to a range of clients across the Luxembourg financial sector.
They seek a fluent English, and professional fluency in Russian and Ukrainian speaking AML Advisor to join their thriving AML Advisory team as a full time employee.

• You will be a subject matter expert in AML/CTF obligations.
• You will help your clients to fulfil their AML obligations, working on their policies and procedures to ensure they reflect best practice, suggesting improvements where necessary.
• You will provide guidance on regulations, providing opinions and acting in an advisory capacity
• You will assist a range of clients with AML/CTF market practice
• You will be able to work independently and confidently, being adaptable and knowledgeable.
• You will be able to manage projects effectively and to deadline
• You may be required to assist with some translation

You’ll work at a range of client sites, so flexibility and a willingness to work on-site, across various client office locations in Luxembourg will be essential.

• To qualify for this role, you will have a minimum of 3/4 years’ expertise (ideally more), in AML/CTF roles in the financial services sector, ideally with a consulting or audit background.
• You will have superb communication skills, being fluent in English, Ukranian and Russian. These languages are essential.
• You will have the ability to instill confidence in your clients, as the go-to source for advice, ideas and procedures.
• You may on occasion lead a team of others, or help supervise others.
