Our client, a leading independent global service provider, is seeking a Group Head of Tax Services in Luxembourg, London or The Channel Islands. You will head up the Tax Service function across multiple jurisdictions.
This is a fantastic opportunity due to the fact this is newly created role. It’s due to organic growth and will be pivotal in ensuring the client service delivery across all Tax Services in the Group.
You will shape the development of the function, report to the Group Executive Committee and be influential in Group decision making.
You will be responsible for high level operational delivery and client service, whilst building out teams in several jurisdictions. In addition, you will influence broader Group wide strategies and build out new services and revenue lines.
Key responsibilities include;
• Lead and develop a team ensuring first class service is delivered across a portfolio of clients across all jurisdictions
• Be responsible for all elements of the P&L
• Develop and lead new strategies and implementation plans
• Maximise Tax Client Service revenues
• Lead Tax Client Service satisfaction across a wide range of clients
• Spearhead the implementation of technology-based solutions to drive exceptional client service, increase user experience and deliver operational efficiencies
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of new services
