Our client, a private equity investmentfirm, is looking for an experienced accountant to take responsibility for theirDutch real estate portfolio from their Luxembourg office.
The group is active in asset management anddevelopment of real estate (includes light industrial, hotels. mixed use,residential) within their European locations so you will get to work closelywith the businesses and make a meaningful contribution.

You will report directly to the FinancialManager (Luxembourg office) and be responsible for the accounting and reportingfunctions of the real estate portfolio in the Netherlands with the support oftheir local team. You will ensure that the finance team operates within arobust control environment and you will be the main point of contact forauditors, tax advisors and stakeholders
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Responsiblefor the day-to-day accounting of the Dutch arm (2 PropCos, 2 OpCos and 3HoldCos) of a Hotel Platform.
Maintainall accounting records and comply with accounting standards and legislation.
Preparationof monthly and annual financial statements.
Productionof year-end accounts in accordance with Dutch GAAP.
Responsiblefor all supporting schedules – loan and interest calculations, depreciation andamortization schedules, etc.
Responsiblefor investor reporting
Overseethe year-end audit process in co-operation with the auditors.
Reconciliationof reporting to IFRS.
