Our client is a UCITS ManCo andAIFM. They are looking to hire a German speaking Sales Director to drive theirexpansion in Europe, with specific focus in the DACH region.
This is a superb opportunity to define,develop and implement the growth strategy across the DACH region. You will havesignificant knowledge of Fixed Income and Equity products and proven salesexperience. Our client has a historicalnetwork in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland - you will need to build upon thisand leverage your Sales experiences and network in Germany. You will targetinstitutional clients and family offices.
This role is based in Luxembourg although travel will berequired. Our client is an asset manager with a stable office In Luxembourgcity center.
Responsibilities willinclude:
Define, develop and implement a growth strategyacross the DACH region
Increase assets under management and salesopportunities for DACH region
Work closely with institutional clients and familyoffices in the DACH region to optimize growth & profitability in line with definedgrowth strategy
Develop the company’s brand and presence inGermany
Understanding client needs ; promotecapabilities/investment solutions accordingly and understand feedback forpurposes of possible new product generation
Organize regular client meetings and roadshowsin DACH region, ensuring all updates, meeting notes and potential business/crossselling opportunities are reflected in Salesforce
Build strong relationship with colleagues (e.g.Sales, Portfolio Managers, Compliance) in Luxembourg, London and Spain; andrepresent client on external forums, workshops, client events
