German/ English Legal Assistant
Job Description
Our client is an international company based in the city-centre.
They need an efficient assistant to the legal team, who must speak fluent English and German. It’s a great opportunity to support a team of lawyers and legal professionals, ensuring their work is supported to the highest standards.
In this role, you’ll:
• Review and track post
Liaise with the German office on adminsitrative matters
• Assist in the collation of legal documents for the team, including when they work on legal transactions
• Conduct the RCS formalities
• Scan and file documents, ensuring an accurate and reliable filing system
• Organise appointments for the lawyers, and manage agendas, set up meetings, etc,
• Liaise with finance in relation to the payment of invoices
• Support the Finance team and Corporate Governance team on an occasional basis
• Other ad hoc duties within the sphere of administrative support
Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will:
• Have prior experience working as a legal secretary or administrative assistant
• Speak and write fluent English and German
• Be familiar with RCS filings

• Be detail orientated and efficient
• Follow instructions whilst also using your initiative
