Our client, a well-regarded dynamicAlternative Investment firm in Luxembourg, is looking to add a Compliance Associateto its expanding office. This is a new role and is due to the strategicimportance of the firms Luxembourg office.
The successful candidate will have theopportunity to broaden their local and international regulatory and complianceknowledge and experience across the AIFMD.
In this position, amongst otherresponsibilities, you will:
Review, understanding andcommunicate all Luxembourg legislation and regulations
Work closely with theLuxembourg Head of Compliance on the firms obligations to meet theserequirements
Act as the point of contact forsenior level questions relating to these obligations
Carry out compliance tests andimprove controls
Provide regulatory advice tointernal stakeholders
Assist with product developmentand co-ordinate with the funds team on fund launches
Ensure all the necessaryregulatory filings are accurate and completed on time
Ensure that all complianceprocesses and procedures comply to the firm’s global model
Stay abreast of all Luxembourgand EU regulatory changes
Provide ad-hoc support as and when required
