You willwork with a Senior Manager and a Corporate Officer in a broad accounting role.It’ll give you great insight into the 3 businesses in which they operate andexposure to the end investments, profitability, and the life of these operatingcompanies.
Responsibilitieswill include:
- Maintainingthe accounts of a portfolio of holding companies, preparing annual accounts,supporting consolidation, dealing with accounting reporting and cashmanagement
- Preparationof various tax declarations and annexes (+ tax integration, VAT, etc.)
- Supportand collaboration in the management of the structure and the family group
- Dailymanagement of files (correspondence, payments, invoicing, etc.)
- Interactionswith various internal and external stakeholders and service providers (banks,auditors, etc.)
