Our client, a well-established family owned business, based in the city centre, who have a long-standing history in providing a close and personal service to a large portfolio of international clients, is looking to recruit a Managing Director to join their team.
You will be involved in the strategic development of the function and the successful candidate will be part of the Senior Management Team.

Responsibilities will include:
• Take ownership of strategy and drive development
• Lead and drive project development
• Manage all HR matters across the team
• Lead and/or support new initiatives and projects relating to client experience and changes to services
• Support and collaboration in the management of the structure and the family group
• Responsible for the running of the office, I.T support, setting up new joiners etc.
